Our Story
A few years ago we closed our brick and mortar office to live the remote working lifestyle. What we found is that we missed the personal interactions that happened in the office with the discussions that happened by chance around the water cooler.
We developed this tool to help remind us that culture is one of the most important factors when it comes to working together. We continue to use this tool and make time for the personal interactions that we were lacking in our remote lifestyle.
